Kabul [Afghanistan], Oct 27 (ANI): Amid the human rights violations caused by the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, Afghanistan has been ranked first as the "least safe" country in the world, local media reported citing a report by Gallup's Law and Order Index.
In this survey, about 120 countries were evaluated on the basis of the safety of the citizens of the country. Khama Press reported that Afghanistan has ranked first on the Global Peace Index as the world's "least peaceful" country for five years.
According to the survey report, Singapore was ranked as the safest country in the world.
According to Gallup's index, Afghanistan is the country where people are "least likely" to feel safe walking alone at night since the Taliban came to power.
Continuous killing of people, destruction of mosques and temples, attacks on women, promoting terror in the region, explosions and attacks have become common in Afghanistan.
According to UNAMA, at least 59% of the population now needs humanitarian aid - an increase of 6 million people compared to the of 2021. (ANI)
