Tehran, Iran :
Iran still grappling with women-led protests over the death of Mahsa Amini a month ago, Elnaz Rekabi returned to Iran after taking part in a competition in South Korea.

At Tehran airport and in an Instagram post, Rekabi apologized for the hijab, saying the hijab was accidentally slipped on.

Dozens of supporters gathered outside the Imam Khomeini International Airport terminal, clapping and recording the moment on mobile phones, describing Elnaz as their hero.

Elnaz Rekabi told in her 'Story' on Instagram that her hijab was accidentally slipped.

But it seems that his remarks have been made at the rate and pressure of Iranian officials, because the Iranian government was angry with her action.
