Bulldozers being used to remove illegal structures in Jahangirpuri area (PTI).

New Delhi: The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) on Saturday accused the Center and some state governments of adopting Israeli-like policies. The government is imposing 'bulldozer culture' by demolishing their homes by making petty allegations to harass and hurt Dalits and Muslims. Which is an objectionable and shameful act for the country.

AIMPLB general secretary Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani has claimed in a statement that till now many houses of Dalits and Muslims have been demolished in other cities.

Rahmani says that India's image is that of a democratic country where every citizen has the right to protest peacefully and freedom of expression for people of all religions, but for some time the attitude of governments is changing to "dictatorship". Is. ,

Rahmani said that a person works all his life and builds his own house, in many houses he lives with his parents, wife-children, sisters and brother.

Family is jointly owned. Now if any elder or younger person of the house gets involved in any kind of stone pelting then will the government punish the whole family, old parents, innocent children for the crime of one person . Is this the correct course of law?

He alleged that the governments themselves were registering complaints and giving decisions.

He further said that if the government was really serious about illegal construction, it would have given people a chance to pay fines, and made stricter laws for new constructions, giving them a chance to regularize their homes.
