Saudi Arabia is going to restore 100 historic Islamic places in Medina.

 

Prince Faisal bin Salman initiated projects to rehabilitate places of Islamic history.

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia (KSA) launched projects to restore 100 places in Medina associated with the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and other important events in Islamic history.

Prince Salman has initiated projects to rehabilitate the historical places. Agreements have also been signed for the modernization of Osman bin Affan well and Sayyid al-Shuhada Square.


Faisal bin Salman, flagged off the project on Wednesday in the presence of Hajj and Umrah Minister Dr Tawfiq Al-Rabiah and Deputy Minister of Culture Hameed Faiz.

During the ceremony, Prince Salman also inaugurated eight sites all developed, including the Al Gama, Abu Bakr Al Siddiq, Omar ibn Al Khattab, Al Saqiya, Banu Anif and Al Rayyah mosques.
